Our applications do not MAKE media monitoring, but they USE data from media monitoring and other data collection to evaluate the AI-supported. So if you already have a monitoring tool in use, you can easily connect it to our system. If not, we’ll be happy to set you up with one of several leading monitoring providers.
The crucial difference is that media monitoring provides you with all articles from the market in which selected terms or combinations of terms occur. This is a rather blunt sword, where you get a lot of useless noise in addition to valuable information. Moreover, media monitoring only provides you with standard information about the articles found, such as the author and the approximate reach.
Our AI, on the other hand, uses our own “best solution for content analysis” (German Stevie Awards 2022) award-winning algorithms for language and context understanding to not only match words, but to understand meaning. On the one hand, this enables it to separate the important from the unimportant much more finely. On the other hand, it also gains a better understanding of the information units in a text and can search more precisely for the things that are important to you: e.g. if you only want to know about batteries if they have between 50 and 100 kWh – or about a school only if it is close to your work.
